1. Service Scope and Booking Abid Electronics provides doorstep repair and maintenance services for home and commercial appliances in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. Appointments booked through our website are subject to technician availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather, or technical constraints.
2. Diagnostic Charges (Visiting Fee) A standard diagnostic/visiting fee is applicable if our technician visits your premises and diagnoses the appliance, but you choose not to proceed with the repair. If you proceed with the repair, this visiting fee will be adjusted against the final repair bill.
3. Spare Parts & Warranty We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts. A post-repair warranty is provided on replaced spare parts and labor. The duration of this warranty varies depending on the appliance and part replaced (typically 30 to 90 days). This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused after repair.
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations, short circuits, or water ingress.
- Tampering of the appliance by unauthorized persons after our service.
4. Payment Terms Full payment must be made immediately upon completion of the repair or service. We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers.
5. Liability While our technicians exercise the utmost care, Abid Electronics shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages to your property or appliance arising during or after the repair process.
6. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
